Unfortunately we no longer have a Bloomingdaleâs here so I looked at Bloomingdaleâs.com and the exact bag was not online. I called the Bloomingdaleâs store in NY direct to see if the store had it in stock and I was connected to the most amazing person, Marina.She had it in stock, spent several minutes with me to explain how to complete the transaction. It arrived like the best birthday present to me. Marina, thank you, my new handbag is perfect and you made it happen.

The store was closing and I needed to buy a Tory Burch bag, and even though she doesn't work with Tory Burch, she was resourceful and kind enough to get me the bags that I needed and process everything very quickly before everything shut down. It was amazing to see someone step up like that, take ownership and think outside the box, and go put of their way to help a customer. She made me feel valued and helped me even in a difficult situation. This makes me want to return and shop at Bloomimgdales and definitely gives Longchamp a very good name!
