I called again to ask for the reason, and as a result, your call center representative told me: “you do not need to understand how the website works.” Is this the kind of training you provide to your employees to treat customers this way? You should read your customer reviews and comments to see the level of service you are providing. I will never recommend your company to anyone, and I will never purchase your products again. You even sent me a customer feedback request, yet your service quality is so low that even this feature does not function.
