- JHJason HuntOct 11, 20251.0Talk about poor customer service. I walked in to do some browsing. Two store employees looked right at me, did not say hello or ask me if I needed help. Walking further into the store, a third employee looked right at me, no greeting or offer for assistance. I guess JCrew doesn’t want my money and that’s fine! I’ll happily give it to someone else. Will never enter your store again.
