    Austin is the best! Stopped in to make a return for women's clothes, not realizing it was a Men's J.Crew. Left with the best customer service I've experienced in quite some time - Austin made my visit! He made J Crew feel like a local neighborhood store and was so kind and helpful during the return and exchange process. Thanks Austin and Andrew!

    I recently visited the J.Crew men’s store and had the most pleasant experience. The store was beautiful, clean, and incredibly inviting. Al, one of the sales associates, was beyond helpful. I had a return from a different J.Crew location that I wanted to avoid taking to SoHo, especially since I had my dog, June, with me. Al kindly accepted the return and made the whole process seamless. He was so accommodating and truly went above and beyond. I also want to shout out Sophia, who was incredibly kind and sweet to both myself and June—she was so friendly, and June loved the treats they offered her! The entire experience was effortless, and I genuinely appreciated the warmth and professionalism of the team. Thank you!
