I had a phenomenal experience with J.Crew team member Austin Smith. He handled my sale at checkout and went above and beyond to process my multiple gift cards. Some of them were very troublesome, but he patiently and in a determined way stuck with me to make sure I got my savings. And he was good-natured about the hassle!
Austin's commitment to my time, my experience, and my money is something I haven't experienced in customer service for a long time. I am so appreciative!

I picked up my online order on Saturday, December 13. Even though it was close to the holidays and the store was very busy with a long line, Jolly (sorry if I misspelled her name. She was working the cashier register around 1:15–1:30 pm) was incredibly professional and kind. She helped me with my online pickup and even suggested gift boxes for my order, which was such a thoughtful touch.
She easily could have skipped the extra help given how busy it was, but instead she went above and beyond while handling so many customers and different requests. Her kindness truly made my J.Crew visit feel special.

Had an amazing experience thanks to Austin. I came in looking for a gift for my dad and brother and ended up picking the same sweater Austin was wearing - it looked amazing! He was so sweet and just made my experience so so pleasant. He also clued me into J Crew's popup in the park. Overall such a lovely store with such lovely associates

For me to walk into a store that has up to 3x online and not see anything bigger than a large in store is… a choice.
The associates are very friendly and helpful though, can’t take that awag.
