- BWBilly Wolf2 days ago1.0The item was returned immediately due to my not liking the product. In the process of wearing the item for a few minutes, the very small white tag came unglued. I placed the tag back on the watch however the "glue" backing did not secure the tag. After requesting a refund, the Company denied a refund due to the fact that I "cut" the tag from the item. 1. I have a picture of the returned item with the item back in place 2. IF, the tag was removed manually (it was not) what Company refuses a refund over a 1/4 inch tag removal. This is obviously a scam by this Company to keep any monies received. I was offered a credit for the merchandise and I will now be forced to do business with a shady Company. Beware!!!
