Most recently, I sent in an incredibly sentimental family item, entered all dimensions accurately on their online portal, and only after they received it was told they couldn’t frame it because it was over 1.5 inches deep. This limitation was never flagged during the ordering process. No solution was offered, such as framing a different item or even just a discount on a future order for the inconvenience, just “sorry, we’re sending it back,” and now I’m waiting on a refund. This was a complete waste of time and effort, and customer service made no attempt to fix the situation. I’ve had one decent experience with Framebridge in the past, but my last two have been very bad. They have a great concept, but the execution is unreliable and misleading. It sounds convenient, but the back end is shoddy. I wouldn’t recommend framing anything important here.

She was lovely, upbeat, patient, understanding and provided exceptional service. She even stayed 10 mins after close to ensure I felt good about everything - never rushing me. Will be back!!
