But it’s clear the company has serious quality control issues at the production level. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the customer-facing team deserves better support from their operations side. I will update this after the frames come back the fourth time. UPDATE (4th attempt): This frame has now failed inspection four separate times, most recently due to a visible dent that should have been identified before release. After nearly four months and repeated remakes, the inability to deliver a defect-free frame indicates a serious and persistent breakdown in quality control. This is not an isolated error. The piece has been returned yet again, extending what should have been a simple framing job into an unacceptable process. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Framebridge to anyone who expects consistent execution or basic quality assurance. This review is being updated to document an ongoing failure to resolve a straightforward production issue.
