The flower bouquet was completely missing, and based on the product photos, the recipient should have received at least four balloons, which did not happen. The recipient also mentioned that the fruit was not fresh, which defeats the purpose of sending a gift. I also paid extra for one-hour delivery, and the order was not delivered within that timeframe. I was also charged for a delivery fee when the website said free delivery for orders over $79 on the same day. Between the missing items, poor quality, and delayed delivery, this experience was extremely frustrating. Lastly, no one answers the phone number for this store. Customer service aside, the product itself did not match what was advertised or paid for. I’ve requested a refund for the missing flowers, but overall this experience has made me hesitant to ever order again or recommend this store to others.
