While that was disappointing, it was minor compared to what happened next. The delivery person repeatedly used racial slurs toward my husband and doubled down on his behavior because he was having trouble scanning the order correctly. He stated, “I have to scan it before I give it to you, and you’re not getting it until I scan it,” and continued using offensive language. This behavior was completely unacceptable. I contacted the corporate number today and was told I needed to call the store that fulfilled my order. When I spoke with a representative around 2:45 PM, I did not even receive an apology. I was told I would have to wait 2–3 business days for a manager to get back to me. This was a huge letdown on my husband’s birthday. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience left me no choice. This may be my last time ordering from Edible Arrangements. What happened today was unexpected and unacceptable.

This place rips off. I called customer service to get a refund and they agreed to issue it except they kept the tip. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
