  I placed an order for 1 hour delivery at 10:30 am paying a large fee and tip however the order was not delivered until 5 hours later AFTER the recipient left the office. This place rips off. I called customer service to get a refund and they agreed to issue it except they kept the tip. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

  So, I placed an order for my mothers birthday on May 3rd which not only did I never receive but the woman aka delivery driver called my cell phone (only one time) and when I called her directly back she claimed she was no longer in the area. Meanwhile, I’m a single mom of four so obviously I wasn’t able to hear the phone ring that once so why not call once more?! Also what’s the point of asking for an apartment number if you’re not delivering it to my door? However, upon speaking to her she was extremely nasty, rude, and did not attempt to satisfy me on any level!!!! Moving forward, it’s three days later I personally had to reach out to them because no one reached out to me (the customer)! This place never attempted a redelivery or process a refund and it’s been a full three days . Sounds like fraudulent activity if you’d ask me ! Like how are you withholding funds from a customer who hasn’t received their purchase?! Like what in the hellllllllllll!!!!!!!!! I would never order anything from this place ever again! Worst customer service and unprofessionalism award!!!! Screams scam alert!!!!!!! Beware!!!!!

  I always look for creative ways to say thank you when the opportunity arises. I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality at this location! AMER is so committed and incredibly accommodating. He was able to recommend a few options within my budget, delivery was on time and the arrangements came out beautiful. From now on this is my go-to for all-things-edible !!

  I placed a order 6 days before Mothers Day to my wifes job from this location, I asked the gentleman that answered the phone. Do you deliver at this address, I gave him the address and he said yes. The day of the delivery my wife calls me and said that she received a text from Edible Arrangements saying her surprise was on the way, at 9:20am she received her package. This was all wrong, it was suppose to be delivered after 1pm and before 3pm. When I notified the store, I was told the order went to a different store to be delivered and at least my wife received it. Never again, Happy Mothers Day Hunni.
