    Staff is overall super sweet and patient. I came here in February for a pop up ! Such a cool event to advertise the cheetah shoes. Today I made a visit to find a heart silver bag. The amazing (Sean) looked in the back, and found one. I was overjoyed as it was the last bag in the store. He took a moment to wish me a happy belated birthday as well. Super sweet moment. Sean you’re the best, thanks for making my day brighter and the birthday wishes. Even the small efforts go a long way. Thank you Dr Marten staff for always being helpful even during busy hours.

    This store was great. Christelle helped get me set up with a new pair of amazing shoes. She was sure to suggest the correct size that she knew would work best with insoles. I’ve got really picky arthritic feet, so I needed all the help I could get, and she definitely helped facilitate the best choice for my needs. It was a lovely experience, the vibes were immaculate and the other staff was friendly as well; but I just happed to get Christelle- and she went above and beyond for me!
