  I had a lovely sales associate help me try on shoes here! I was looking for 2 pairs of boots I had seen online, and was told one was an online-exclusive and other was taken off the shelves a few days before my visit :/. The associate (I forgot the name) was very friendly and had me try on similar shoe styles so I know what the fit would be like if I moved forward with the online-only shoes. I felt very welcomed the whole time and enjoyed my time in the store.

  so helpful! i called ahead for the heel grips and they confirmed had in stock; i arrived to an empty store and all 3 employees were so helpful, informative, and even put the grips in my shoes for me. and gave me great tips to sue a shoe horn! thank you for your service fam

  Not too sure how to spell their name but Shadae was super helpful, greeted me Happy Valentines day right when I walked in. I knew what I already wanted, when I ordered a pair online they were too big so I sized down and she got my shoes in a speedy manner, even got me an alternative color option; gave me helpful tips such as tricks to lace them in a way the shoes can fit more snug. Was an excellent experience, was in and out fast. They even made sure I had a new pair because the sizing pairs had a dull yellow stitching. Thank you!

  Amayah helped me purchase my first couple pairs of Dr. Martens and made the whole experience inviting and comfortable. I really appreciated how willing she was to help and how she made sure I left happy with what I selected. I normally wear a size 14, so she was extra accommodating and let me know which styles ran bigger. She was right on the money. I ended up leaving with a size 14 in the 1460 boot and a size 13 in a brown laceless boot. She also took the time to show me the different leather types and explain the differences. Very detail oriented and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend coming to this location. 10 out of 10 experience.

  Great store with immaculate vibes and super friendly staff. They were very knowledgeable about the selection, and the style I ended up buying I never even would have tried on if the person helping me (wish I wasn't so terrible at remembering names) hadn't suggested them! They were exceedingly patient with getting sizes from the back and made sure the fit was perfect. My old Doc Martens had finally given up after 2–3 solid years of everyday heavy wear in Manhattan—they were the Shrivers that were very unfortunately discontinued. So I ended up walking out in my brand new pair. Also the double thick socks they sell are amazing. I'll be back for sure.
