  I placed an order online on DEC 2ND and my order still hasn't shipped. I also contacted customer service twice and all they could say is the warehouse is backed up and my order will ship soon. That is not acceptable!! There should have been some type of notice on the website to notify customers of possible shipping delays. I have been extremely patient and was advised today that I could not cancel my order because it was being processed. IT HAS BEEN PROCESSING SINCE THE 4TH....YALL NEED SOME HELP I WILL WORK THE WEEKENDS AND GET PEOPLE THERE ORDERS. I know i cant be the only one. Thanks but no thanks this is my first and LAST ORDER. I wont let this ruin my Christmas though. UPDATE 1/6/2026 ITEMS STILL HAVE NOT SHIPPED AND NO ADDITIONAL CORRESPONDENCE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. I GUESS I WILL GET MY BOOTS SOMETIME THIS SUMMER!!!!!

  While the in store customer service is exceptional, I will never be buying from this location again. I was sold a defective set of simaya h20 boots that had a sharp plastic piece in the back that was cutting the back of my foot (left a wound). When I tried to come back to the store to access my options, the checkout lady insisted that she could do absolutely nothing and only the online store could do something about my order. She acted like she had no power. This seemed pretty suspicious to me since I purchased the shoes in store and this was confirmed later that night when I called the number she gave me. The phone representative told me that she simply lied and the store is the only people that have power to do anything, since the store and online site have different banking systems. This seems understandable to me. The phone representative said the only option I have now is to go back in person (impossible since I don’t live in nyc) or call them back and complain. And if they insist that the phone representative is wrong, apparently I need to loop them into the call as well. This seems unreasonable to expect from a customer when you are in the wrong and have sold me a defective product. Very, very disappointed. Seems like everything is rosie with helping you try things on (because you are purchasing), but as soon as something goes wrong, they throw you to the gutters.

  The boots were too big and a hassle to return. I would NOT recommend shopping here.
