Stopped in Tuesday 2/24 just to check out the earrings they had for men, Jamie greeted me right away and was stellar! She was incredibly knowledgeable regarding the brand and helped guide me to the perfect purchase, couldn’t be happier!

Horrible experience. One link in 800$ silver bracelet that costs 50$ to produce broke few days after purchase, to fix it, they estimated 250$. Other jewelry brands will happily replace with new item. Bad quality, bad customer service, bad experience. Will never buy anything from David Yurman. Not a good business.
The sales people are keeping owledgeable. The store was well stocked

I came in to pick up an order after having purchased a few items at their SoHo location. Customer service was atrocious and the sales associate who was helping was incredibly passive aggressive. There was a mishap with my order and rather than offering any of her help to address the problem, she deflected and told me to talk to my brand ambassador from the SoHo location instead.
This was my first experience at David Yurman. Kim L was the associate that helped me, although I am overall pleased with my purchases, I did feel a bit rushed towards the end. Additionally I purchased two rings in one transaction and my fiancé purchased a bracelet under a different transaction. Unbeknownst to me, the second transaction was placed under the WRONG account, an individual with the same name as me and this caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Kim also confirmed with us that we want the purchase under the same account and continued to place the order under the wrong account, wrong email, wrong home address, everything wrong. This also led to the bracelet not being placed in my account and most importantly, I didn’t receive a receipt.
The next day I went to another DY in SoHo to exchange the bracelet purchase, and the associates were not able to locate the bracelet order/receipt under my name as we found out it was placed under the wrong account. This led me to calling the original store (this store) I purchased from as I was in the SoHo store and after 10-15 minutes on the phone, I received a reprint of a receipt and noticed the customer number was completely wrong.
If our original expectation of the associate placing the second order under my account was done correctly, this headache would’ve never happened.
