  I had a wonderful experience at this David Yurman location thanks to an outstanding sales associate. Although the specific piece I was looking for was not available, she took the time to research options thoroughly, answer my questions, and genuinely assist me without rushing or pressure. Her professionalism, patience, and knowledge truly stood out. I made sure to take her name because when I find the right piece, I will absolutely return and work with her again excellent customer service like this is worth coming back for. I sincerely hope the manager of this location sees this review. As a manager myself in a different field, I know how valuable it is to have team members like her.   If I could give this store 0 stars I would because I have never had a worse customer service experience than I did today. I’ve seen a few DY pieces that caught my eye over the past year, yet if I’m going to buy something, I want to ensure it is something that looks good on me-not just a website. So, I made the trek to the nearest DY (Woodbury Common). When I got there there was a wait to go inside as they only had a few sales associates to help costumers which was fine. After 35-40 min or so, I was let in and an associate came up and asked if I needed anything ( mind you she didn’t even introduce herself). I let her know I had seen a couple things on the website and just wanted to see if they were in the store. She was following me (which I partially get) while I looked around; and I saw a pair of earrings similar to the ones on the site yet not the same exact. I asked her to see them and then after looking, mentioned they weren’t exactly what I had seen and I was going to look at the other cases to which she commented “well yes, these are our full priced earrings”. Perhaps the website was having a sale on their earrings and that’s why she made that comment, but if not, why would you say that to a costumer? I didn’t mention anything about a sale, the prices of the earrings, or that I was looking for earrings that were a certain amount. Adjacent to the first case, I saw a ring (once again similar to one I saw on the website) and wanted to try it on. I saw that it was a size 5 and asked if they had a larger size to which she replied with her head down and rolling her eyes “we don’t carry that”. Once again I understand that they perhaps only have a handful of sizes in- maybe they only had one size but she said it in such a repulsed and disgusted tone. With this, she didn’t offer to see if they had the same ring on the website, and order it or show me rings in the sizes they did have. I could make comments about other behaviors she showed, but I’ll stop this rant. Either way, if you’re thinking about shopping here, think twice. I thought about just buying the pieces on the website but if this is the type of person DY is hiring then I will never give them my money.

  Went to the one at Woodbury Commons with 3 of my friends to buy some Jewelry and I have to say the security guard there was nicer to us then the employees. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They looked bothered and on their cell phones the whole time we were there. Will never shop there again and David Yurman lost a lot of money yesterday. They should give the security guard a managerial job there and get rid of everyone else. Extremely disgusted!
