It was a sentimental piece - Louie and Rachel handled the entire situation with great care and concern and ultimately replaced the piece. While not a perfect solution, they could have walked away, reasonably. It had been over 10 years....but they did not and I will be back.

I went into this Prince Street location to see if I should exchange the millimeter size and length to match my other stacked bracelets better. If I went with a smaller mm (lower price), I could put the balance toward a matching necklace. The salesperson (woman, straight brown hair) showed me different bracelets and matching necklaces. We decided on a smaller mm which meant I could get a credit towards the matching necklace. I wasn’t wearing the right neckline to decide on the length of the necklace so I planned to go back wearing a v neck shirt. Instead of giving me a store credit, she scanned the gift receipt and refunded the gift giver’s credit card. So instead of hooking me into a future sale and a possible customer relationship, the salesperson saved my friend some money and I don’t ever have to go back there. If she works on commission, she won’t last long.
