He replied back and said “well look around” with rude hand gestures and a nasty look on his face. If he didn’t want to help me he shouldn’t have asked. This is why I will continue taking my money to the short hills location. I walked out immediately and purchased nothing despite having my heart set on two items solely because of the salesman’s disgusting attitude. If you hate your job that bad then just quit.

I approached the receptionist about getting an item cleaned and she said she would add me to the waitlist. After waiting for nearly an hour, an associate was ready to see me. I showed him the item to be cleaned (a small bracelet, nothing complex), and he said he would not be able to clean it today as it is busy. He said I could drop off the item and pick it up at a later date. This is not the service I was told would be provided upon purchasing the bracelet and has me reconsidering David yurman as my jeweler.
