I visited on Friday at 10 am and was treated very poorly by a bald gentleman who was extremely arrogant and completely ignored me. The way I was dismissed was unacceptable. I suggest management review their security cameras to see how customers are actually treated. I had no choice but to leave and shop elsewhere, which is a shame because the shoes themselves are of excellent quality.

We and several other people (maybe 3-4 groups) waited a really long time for shoes to come out for us to try on and even after 15 minutes, the wrong colors and sizes were brought, surprisingly for everyone! It was just odd, for the amount of time this took, you'd be better off ordering online. Everyone was nice, but it felt like our time was being wasted because of the lack of communication between staff.
