From the moment he assisted me, his customer service was amazing. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely determined to help me find the perfect fit. Jeff brought out multiple pairs of heels in different sizes and styles and never once made me feel rushed or like I was asking for too much. He went above and beyond by even bringing out gel pads to test inside the shoes, just to see if they would fit more comfortably and securely. That level of care and attention to detail truly stood out. You can tell Jeff is passionate about what he does and truly cares about his customers having the best possible experience. Because of him, my visit was enjoyable, stress-free, and memorable. This is the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. Thank you, Jeff, for such outstanding service!

Calm but you got a couple of fun old school house music hits playing too. Chris was so sweet and it was so nice chatting with him. He spoke to my significant other prior to me going so he knew what I was looking for, had the style I wanted in the sizes I wanted to try on pulled aside for me, even brought out some gel pads to help with the fit and comfort pulled out and ready. He gave a lot of great information about VIP benefits, upcoming events to pre-order for, and customizations. He made the experience of buying my first pair of Louboutins, my dream shoes, fun and memorable. The store has beautiful artwork and the various styles of shoes are displayed beautifully. The store is bright but not blinding fluorescent bright. The seats are so comfortable and the champagne is delicious. 10/10 experience.

I contacted and told them that I paid almost $ 900 for the show and it should not tear after two weeks... they did not care and did not want to stand behind their poor quality made shoes .
