  Pricing online is much cheaper and staff is aware of it. They are also not very helpful and ask you not to try the shirts as they are folded. When I asked what was the difference between two different fits (slim and extra slim) their response was: “they just fit different” haha. My review of the brand and website is a solid 4 star for reasonably priced, tailored and good quality dress shirts. However it’s best to avoid the shops and just buy them online. It’s easy to exchange them or return them online.

  Really poor customer service. Ordered me the wrong size shirt, went in and complained and they said they would change it and wrote down my info in the store. Receive the wrong size shirt in the mail. Called them and they were shifting blame and not accepting responsibility. They said they are busy and they have many customers and cannot only focus on me. So they're just cool with sending customers the wrong stuff.
