  This store was amazing. The associate African American who helped us was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Even though they didn’t have what my partner was looking for, she took the time to walk us through all of our options. She even let us know the item was available at another store in Miami and confirmed that a store I had previously visited actually did have the sneakers. Thanks to her help, I was able to go back and get them. I honestly wish this location had them in stock because she truly deserved the sale for all her hard work, hospitality, and excellent customer service.

  Went into Chanel today in soho , because I was interested in a particular bag . Anna helped me and she was so kind and so sweet. I know luxury shopping is a hit or miss but I’m glad I was able to find a kind hearted and very helpful SA such as Ana.

  The boutique’s sticky, refrigerated air feels almost acerbic on your skin, crisp and unnatural. Clients pack the room shoulder to shoulder, like bags of chips crammed together onto a storage shelf, all donned in designer uniforms that bulge and spill across the stores cold tile, filling every wall at once. Good selection of goods though.

  While this store is currently operating in a temporary location and may not be the most visually impressive Chanel boutique, as someone who travels frequently to major cities around the world, I am constantly in awe of the beauty of Chanel stores globally. That said, the reason I return to this location time and time again is Hanh. Hanh is truly one of the most wonderful people I’ve ever met. His great sense of style and humor make every visit enjoyable, and he has a way of making the entire experience feel personal. He is always kind, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. It’s no surprise he’s been in the industry for so many years. Losing him would mean losing someone truly special. I will continue to shop at this location and exclusively with Hanh.
