Clients pack the room shoulder to shoulder, like bags of chips crammed together onto a storage shelf, all donned in designer uniforms that bulge and spill across the stores cold tile, filling every wall at once. Good selection of goods though.

That said, the reason I return to this location time and time again is Hanh. Hanh is truly one of the most wonderful people I’ve ever met. His great sense of style and humor make every visit enjoyable, and he has a way of making the entire experience feel personal. He is always kind, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. It’s no surprise he’s been in the industry for so many years. Losing him would mean losing someone truly special. I will continue to shop at this location and exclusively with Hanh.

When you’re spending 10K on a bag, you don’t want people with such low class ruining your mood. Get rid of them.

I got treated like trash at the soho location the lady worker had a bad attitude SHE WAS like around age 40 at the time tall middle eastern looking. I am happy with my purchase because I am blessed to be able to afford it and love the style of bag. but SINCE THEY save tons of money making these in CHINA!! Have at least the Audacity to pay your low cost employees!!! Im SURE IT WAS RACE DISCRIMINATION! The process was not glamorous as I had to put my name down via phone basically a queue to ensure the bag is in stock and you come pick it up. Also the code on the authentation card has faded how cheap 😠💅😹
