  From the moment you walk through the door you have an attendant that is with you to help you with whatever you have any interest in. So many beautiful things to look at in this store.

  Last week, I was planning to purchase a bag but couldn’t complete the purchase due to personal reasons. I came back today to buy it again, but the sales associate named Ginny was extremely rude. During the purchase process, we were left standing in the hallway for about 20 minutes and were not guided to a table until we specifically asked to be seated. When it came time to pay, there was no explanation of the price at all, and she took my personal credit card into the office to attempt the payment. If there was no available POS machine, I believe she should have brought a portable POS or handled the transaction in a more professional way. This was my first purchase at Chanel, and I believe that luxury brands don’t just sell products—they sell an experience as well. In that regard, I feel Chanel did not meet that expectation or achieve its purpose. Overall, the experience was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. However, I want to emphasize that not all of the staff were rude—other team members were actually very friendly. Especially during my previous visit, Javier was incredibly kind and helpful, which showed me that this store is definitely capable of providing excellent customer service.

  My partner went to buy sneakers for his birthday and the sales associate was very rude very much racial profiling. It took him going to another store and the lady directing him back to that store . He wasted hours and end up back in the same store and still purchased with them . This very unfortunate cause we all deserve to be respected when purchasing luxury items…

  Came for alterations. When it was done and I got notified, I was told it would be shipped to me and provided a tracking number. Then there was no tracking number no followup since from the "advisor", and I was not able to reach them either. So now I have no idea where my clothes is. Their phone system is also a joke - if you call the number, a customer service person NOT in the store picks up, and the best thing they can do is to email the store and the store will respond between 48 and 72 hours as I was told. What century is this?
