  Impossible to get someone on the phone. Try it. Press anything to get any where and you can go no where. Embarrassing. That I need to fight to spend a small fortune with you. Ridiculous. All I want to do is give you my money. 😡

  Rude and unprofessional staff work here. Went here with a simple question. I have a cartier watch with a leather strap that needs some extra holes punched into the strap. After asking twice to one woman and getting clueless lost answers. She looked so confused as if I am asking for some kind of medical treatment. A simple yes we can do it or no we cant would suffice. In the end got told by a rude obnoxious short woman that you would have to bring the watch in and get your wrist measured and a new strap would have to be ordered and it would cost over 300 dollars. What a ridiculous delulu answer. Dont even bother going to this store.

  We've been there with a girlfriend. The gf had that famous cartier bracelet with the cloth, that they swear to "change permanently". First of all, we were put in the line for like 10 minutes. Just to wait that line and have a quick chat with the manager or someone, who told we need to wait 40 minutes. 40 minutes to re-tie the ribbon! Wow cartie is SO LUXURY! You have to wait in the line for a piece of cloth!!! Wow thanks. Giving you a one star guys, because you are a star!

  Michelle Is my sales am ambassador. I had a Cartier Trinity fountain pen that has finally worn out. I ended up decided to pick up a ball pen instead. Michelle spent her time to show me the entire Cartier boutique and the front metal gate in the entrance. Than, she show me about 15 opens from large to small model, as well as the blue and black ink of the ball pen. I was not aware that there is a type of ink with solvent. Overall, the Cartier boutique experience is amazing. Get the detail attention and the feel of each pen’s writing experience.
