I told her what I was looking for, and she immediately brought me to the section with exactly what I wanted. She showed me several beautiful options, introduced me to the new collection drop, and even let me try on different colors and sizes until I found the perfect fit. She was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She made the entire experience feel special and personal. I truly appreciated her attentiveness and professionalism, she made my visit such a memorable one. I’ll definitely be back to shop again soon!

Sales person who helped us completely denied our request, saying ring has signs of wear and tear. I asked to speak with store manager and he said store manager will not do anything for us anyway. Receipt has no written explanation about how item can be returned or exchange. Horrible service!!! Will never go back to that particular store and will never recommend to anyone.
