  "The Grinch Who Stole Christmas" 🎄 I purchased a ring as a Christmas gift for my mom on December 23rd. Before purchasing, I told the sales representative I did not know my mom’s ring size and was assured that exchanging it later would be easy. On January 3rd, I returned to the store to exchange the ring and was denied, being told the ring showed “signs of wear.” This is simply not true. The ring was not worn beyond briefly trying it on for sizing, and it was in the EXACT condition when it was sold to me. I asked to speak with the store manager, Noor, who was unable to help and instead accused us of wearing the ring. We are now left with an expensive ring that does not fit and is not a style my mother likes, after being reassured at purchase that exchanging is an easy process. My advise: DO NOT SHOP at this location. If you must, TAKE PICTURES OF THE ITEMS condition BEFORE purchase. It’s truly unfortunate, as experiences like this really take away from the Cartier experience.. and the joy of the Holidays.

  Nearly 10 years ago I fell in love with Cartier watches, during our first trip to Paris. To celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary, my husband surprised me with a trip to NYC to pick out a watch at Cartier. I wanted something that felt more like jewelry and versatile enough to match my existing pieces. Joseph H. helped us and was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. He showed me how the right pieces could create timeless options that fit my style. He also shared the history of the Cartier pieces we purchased, making the experience even more memorable. It was unforgettable! I'm looking forward to working with Joseph again and creating more memories with Cartier. Thank you!

  Muhammad is so nice!! I used to buy two yellow gold Love bracelets at the Hudson Yards store with another sales associate, but my mom took those two bracelets from me. Recently, I bought a pre-owned white gold Love bracelet online and came to the store for polishing. Muhammad helped me; he is so professional and sweet. Please shop with him!!

  My experience at Cartier was absolutely wonderful thanks to Shakeira who helped me. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me right away along with the rest of the team and made me feel welcome. I told her what I was looking for, and she immediately brought me to the section with exactly what I wanted. She showed me several beautiful options, introduced me to the new collection drop, and even let me try on different colors and sizes until I found the perfect fit. She was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She made the entire experience feel special and personal. I truly appreciated her attentiveness and professionalism, she made my visit such a memorable one. I’ll definitely be back to shop again soon!

  We purchased a gold ring for my girlfriend birthday and came back to exchange the size and color. Sales person who helped us completely denied our request, saying ring has signs of wear and tear. I asked to speak with store manager and he said store manager will not do anything for us anyway. Receipt has no written explanation about how item can be returned or exchange. Horrible service!!! Will never go back to that particular store and will never recommend to anyone.
