Jay was absolutely fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Lets just say I wasn't dressed to impress that day and I brought my brother and friend in with me, but he still treated us with the utmost respect. I'm a bit of a watch nerd, so I think he could tell my excitement when talking watches. He even surprised me with a special opportunity to try on the diamond Serpenti, which was the highlight of my day! I'm now a true fan of the brand, and I will definitely be making a trip back to pickup my next timepiece!

While many reps are jaded, she is so enthusiastic, friendly and great at helping me try many options, some I didn't think I'd like but I loved them when I tried them! She never tried to upsell me but knew where my heart is at. The new Bulgari collections in the store are stunning, worth a visit bc online pics don't do them justice. Thanks for a lovely experience Bulgari and Meimei, you turned me into a bigger fan of your products! By the way the selection at the store is stunning, very comprehensive.

I waited for a long time without anyone acknowledging me or offering assistance. During that time, not a single staff member stopped by to ask if I needed help or even offer something as simple as water. When male Asian sales associate finally appeared, instead of attending to me—the customer who had been waiting—they went straight to someone who had just arrived. It was frustrating and made me feel completely disregarded. For a luxury house like BVLGARI, I expected attentive service and professionalism. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I left the store disappointed and with no desire to return. I truly hope BVLGARI addresses these serious service issues.
