  I have had wonderful experiences at this Bucherer thanks to Jenny Lei. Jenny is warm, welcoming, friendly and professional. She always takes the time to listen to what watches I am interested in as well as getting to know what is going on with me in my life. Working with Jenny is like spending time with a close friend or family member. I told Jenny that I wanted to gift my brother a date just 41 for his 40th birthday. Jenny made it happen! I will continue to come back to this Bucherer because of Jenny. I would also like to thank Stephanie the manager who I got to meet on my previous visit when I purchased a watch for myself. Best Rolex experience hands down. 15 out of 10! I appreciate having a relationship with Jenny at Bucherer Time Machine.

  After walking to the store, I decided to buy one of the Hamilton watches. The client advisor got my contact information for further updates and sent me an email the next day about the watch, its price and other conditions. I decided to buy the watch and replied to their email. I received the next email about terms and conditions and best time to reach me. I didn’t hear back from the store again. I called the store, left a voicemail, sent follow up emails but got no response. I decided to simply buy the watch online from Hamilton website rather than requesting the store to order it and wait for a long time to hear back. I am sorry for saying this, but it seems like this store has no respect and care for clients.

  I had an amazing experience at Bucherer 5th Avenue thanks to Jenny Lee. I had visited the store about a week ago and submitted a request for a specific Rolex model and color. Jenny went above and beyond to fulfill my request exactly as I wanted, and she secured the watch just in time for my husband’s birthday. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Jenny prioritized my needs, kept everything clear and easy, and delivered exceptional customer service. I truly appreciate her efforts and attention to detail.   In search for my first Rolex, I had the pleasure to meet and work with Christopher. He patiently described the process and helped me choose my ideal watches to register for. Surprisingly, I got the call that my first choice watch was ready to pick up months sooner than expected!!! Upon arrival, we were greeted with offers for coffee and cappuccino, as my watch was presented with the infamous green box. Christopher made the experience very enjoyable, walking me through the buying process, orienting me to my be Datejust, and answering all my questions patiently and comprehensively. Thank you Christopher for making my first Rolex buying experience a core memory! I look forward to more Rolex purchases in the future and a long lasting relationship with you and Bucherer.
