I'M DOUBLING DOWN that this was the worst possible experience - all due to this store, not Rolex! I left my 30 year old Seadweller with them for a standard rolex service. Shortly after, I had a family emergency and had to leave the city. The watch was ready to be picked up and they kept calling me to pick it up. Finally just to make the calls stop I agreed to let them ship it to me (they were eagerly awaiting the service cost). When the watch arrived I found a horror story. The store shipped my mint unpolished watch in a small pouch and stuffed an abrasive material against the actual watch. All through the shipping process the watch was wearing against this strange material. When I looked closely at it under light there were multiple points of contact that essentially ruined the band. They refused any sort of refund (including the shipping I paid for). There is no solution to fix this other than polishing the watch. As collectors know, this ruins watches to a degree. I meticulously looked long and hard and purchased this watch because of its original nature and pristine condition. Now I'm forced to live with the fact that they can damage someone's watch and simply wash their hands of the entire situation. I warn everyone to avoid this dealer, you can go elsewhere and I recommend you do so the same thing doesn't happen to you! Hope you find this review useful in your decision making..

- SGS GOct 12, 20251.0Evelyn Obeng did an absolute terrible job. First, she doesn't keep a digital file on customers. Second, she offered me a watch that was different than the one I asked for. After I declined that, she stopped contacting me. After I stopped in again to check in and tell them that I already got the watch I wanted from a different authorized dealer and that I am now interested in another watch, they told me that now I MUST only buy from that other authorized dealer, as if this was a Rolex rule, which is ABSOLUTELY FALSE. This authorized dealer is an absolute joke.
