  I really just want everyone to know how amazing my advisor Alana is at Bucherer. I initially went in because I’m getting married, and in Korean tradition the bride’s family gifts the groom a luxury watch as a symbol of love and welcome into the family. It’s such a meaningful purchase, and I wanted someone I can build a relationship and connect with. Alana is soooo beautiful (my mom kept whispering in my ear in Korean that she's pretty lol) and extremely knowledgeable! The way she talks about watches makes you want to learn more. I had the best time listening to her explain the history of Rolex. I came home and immediately told my fiancé everything I learned, from Rolex originally being structured as a nonprofit foundation to the story behind the Cyclops lens. She made it all feel so interesting and personal. I’m completely new to building a jewelry and watch collection, and I never once felt talked down to. She answered every question thoughtfully, walked me through details, and genuinely seemed excited for us. That kind of energy makes such a difference, especially when you’re making a big, sentimental purchase. This is just the start of my collection, and I’m so excited to build it with Alana. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, warm, and truly passionate about what she does, ask for her. She makes the entire experience feel special :-')

  I only used them to help size my Rolex but they were very nice and knowledgeable. Did not look at the prices but they had a very nice selection of pre owned Rolexes especially the Daytona.

  Brought my "Every Day Wearer" Breitling of 25 years in for a battery change. A mistake happened that led to water intrusion that required repairs at Breitling's factory. The store paid the repairs in full. Everyone was very nice and professional! Watch looks like a million dollars! Would definitely recommend this store. Full marks and I am very happy! Thanks!

  Was in the city with my wife and decided to stop by Bucherer. Had a few milestones pass recently and was looking to commemorate. Walked in and within seconds was approached by Cal to see if I needed help with anything. Helped size my wrist, let me try on a Rolex and let me take some photos with it on. It was closing time and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Put me on the waiting list for the pieces I was interested in. Honestly, haven’t had the best experiences in other Bucherers, have walked in and looked around and not been approached once and decided to just leave. Felt nice to be approached, get what I wanted out of the experience, and to be on with my day. Looking to add to my collection, and I know the piece I want is a bit of wait, but honestly just wanted to give a shout out to Cal (Calixto) for taking the time and effort to give me the experience I expected. Idk if I’ll get the watch but I would hands down go out of my way to come back for the experience.

  I visited the Bucherer location to inquire about a specific Rolex and to understand the process for obtaining it. I was prepared to engage seriously and begin the relationship. Instead of any meaningful discussion, I was told quite bluntly that I should return to the store where I normally purchase watches, as they would not be able to help me. I explained that the boutique I purchased from was in fact a Bucherer location only to be told ”that’s not how it works”. The associate was dismissive and made no effort to take my information, discuss alternatives, or outline next steps. For a luxury retailer that emphasizes client relationships, the lack of interest in assisting a qualified inquiry was surprising (on top of the insinuation I was trying to resell the watch). I remain interested in the watch and would welcome outreach from store leadership to address this experience. Based on this visit, however, I would not recommend this location.
