  My original experience with this store began with the purchase of a pre-owned watch online and when I needed basic service for it they were the perfect location given proximity to my office. Staff was always very helpful and when it came time that I knew I wanted a brand new model they were very accommodating, honest and insightful about various options and availability. When traveling in Europe my wife and I stopped into the Geneva Bucherer and she fell in love with a pair of earrings that I took note of. This year has been wonderful working with Calixto (Cal) Domingo at the Bryant Park store who not only helped me decide on and pick a perfect new watch but also helped arrange for me to procure a set of the earrings that my wife loved from Geneva and a new necklace for both her birthday and our 16th wedding anniversary. Thanks to Cal and the folks at Bucherer for great customer service and always finding time to chat when I stopped in on my way home from work every once in a while to browse and talk watches.

  This week I had the opportunity to purchase my very first Rolex, and the experience was truly unforgettable. It would not have been the same without the incredible team at Bucherer 1888, 3 Bryant Park, New York, and especially thanks to Alana. I have no words to fully express how professional and dedicated she is in her work—her attention to detail, the way she shares the history of the brand, highlights its values, and does it all with so much passion. Alana truly knows how to create magical moments that last a lifetime, and this occasion was no exception. This time, it was my birthday, and she surprised me with a very special celebration, which made the experience even more meaningful. I flew all the way from Panama for this occasion, as purchasing this timepiece represents a milestone in my professional career—and it was absolutely worth it. Without a doubt, this is one of the top 10 experiences of my life, and an experience I’ll treasure forever. I also had the pleasure of meeting Brandon, and it was wonderful to get to know him. He showed outstanding professionalism and even had the thoughtfulness to come over and sit at our table for a while, making the moment even more personal and enjoyable. Again, thanks Alana & Brandon, and keep inspiring people with the passion and dedication you put into your work

  Came in to get a watch strap changed on a watch that was recently gifted to me, but not purchased at this store. Sales associates were incredibly nice, changed the strap for free and provided an espresso while I waited. Will definitely come back the next time I am looking to make a timepiece purchase or need any servicing, definitely recommend

  Will never come to this place because the service is shit. Came in to have my Rolex serviced, stand for 25min and no one is giving me any attention. It is quite sad because their store in Boston is really good.
