- JJJohnOct 9, 20251.0I decided to purchase some ink from Blick and that was fine and dandy until I realized that they use FedEx for deliveries and the lowest tier of service for delivery. They'll be delivering to my apartment which as a working person I won't be home to accept this package. One of two things will happen FedEx will leave the package in front of my door to be stolen or theyll take it back with them. They'll possibly try to redeliver the package but I'll be in the same situation until FedEx decides to return it to Blick. I called customer service for assistance and they can't reroute the package unlike DHL can. So I wasted $40 and several days to get nothing but the runaround. Come on Blick you can do better than than this. UPDATE: I got the package only because It was rescheduled for Sunday so stayed home all day for this item.
