One of your employees at this location is RUDE and acts miserable. If you don’t wanna work for/with people, don’t work customer service. This man acted super snarky and almost like he was doing me a freaking favor by buying there. I asked for the student discount and showed my school ID to only get home and see he didn’t apply it. Your store is great, just please deal with this person that clearly needs to be coached.

This location is so much better than the 4th Avenue location, and I’m always up for walking a little further for a more comfortable experience. The staff are respectful and keep their distance, and when you ask them for help, they’re super knowledgeable and helpful. Everything is super well organized and I love the two-floor layout so there aren’t large crowds congregating in the entryway.
It’s a very breathable and comfortable space to be in. Very clean, too. Definitely recommend.

Great selection of art supplies and a well organized store with knowledgeable staff who are genuinely helpful. Prices can be a bit high on some items, but the quality and availability usually make it worth the visit. Overall, a reliable and enjoyable place to shop for both professional and hobbyist artists.
