When I attempted to return it, the store manager, Erick, had a very bad attitude and refused the return, insisting the clothes were clean when shipped but could not provide any evidence. I had an unboxing video but he said my evidence was not credible without even reviewing it. The whole thing is so ridiculous. I’ve never seen such shady and cheap business practices. I will dispute this with my bank. Also, this is the last time I buy anything from Saks. These people are as gross as the dirty clothes they shipped to me.
