I bought 4 which I haven’t try, but the fit completely change, they are 3” to long, the manager didn’t want to take them back because the hang tag was removed. I told her to keep them and I will call my credit card, she said she would reimburse me but ban me for purchasing AX products in the future. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

- HHHriditaJul 6, 20251.0THE AC WAS NOT WORKING. The shopping experience itself was fantastic—great selection, top tier staff, and overall a well-organized store. For such a large and well-established company, it’s surprising (and disappointing) that the store doesn’t have a functioning AC system, especially on a 90-degree day. Relying on a few fans to cool the space just isn’t acceptable. Customers spend a lot of money here, and a comfortable shopping environment should be a basic standard. I hope this gets addressed soon.
