- CLCristina LopezJan 2, 20261.0We called ahead to ensure we could visit even though we were not staying at the hotel- we wanted to take my husband for his birthday. They assured us we could. When we arrived we were told at the hotel entrance that only one person could go inside the hotel at a time in order to shop in the bookstore. It was such a let down and also something that could have been communicated when we called ahead. Unfortunately it wasn’t as fun for my husband to go in alone and have us stay outside in the cold so he did not enjoy it and did not end up purchasing anything.

- MKMelanie KentAug 24, 20215.0Loved it! Gloriously open to the public even while the hotel itself is not (ask the doorman). Rich colors, a velvet sofa, and a life-size sheep :) The whole small shop is a balcony, where all those fancy hotel noises come glittering and clinking up.
