  There was this manager who was giving sly looks, I think her name was Emily Emma.. something like that. I don’t think sure liked the fact that me and my partner, are black women, who shop at ALO & I was able to use my employee discount. They honestly don’t pay me enough to care but apparently they do to her bc she was really watching and looking at us w envy & jealousy. Seems like the type to be miserable at home so she comes to work to act like a title saves her… common power trip. The rest of the staff was very helpful. & I appreciate them.

  我覺得他們家的品質非常糟糕，甚至都不掩蓋了架上的產品起非常多毛球也不管，只能說被名人戴起來的潮流而已，虛有其表，功能性非常糟，價格也很貴。 我是來找網球衣服的，他們的設計雖然很可愛，但是實際上非常不實穿，隔壁L開頭的反而更推薦大家。 2026.1

  The staff of this store was the worst, rude and acting like they didn’t care of anything. I will never go back into this store again.

  This is my favorite location in New York! Erin took care of us from the front to the fitting room. My family and I weren’t really looking for anything specific and we ended up purchasing damn near the whole store!

  I went there on Jan 20/2026 around 1:30PM My wife ordered a Youga Pant online and asked me to pick it up. She didn't wait until getting an E- Mail saying it's ready for pick up. I went to the store anyway just to see if it's ready and pick it up. Manager said it's not ready and it will take around 2 hours. I asked why 2 hours if you can pick one from the shelf and give it to me as far as it match the confirmation number I have. He said no because this transaction got a discount therefore you need to wait. I found thier policy is very inconvenient and it was kinda a punishment because you got a discount. I still need to go back to 5th Ave just to pick it up. In addition, The Music is completely very loud and disturbing to the point that you need to raise your voice while you are talking to someone in order to hear you. Again (Music is very loud and disturbing) I didn't feel comfortable talking to the employee. They stair and observe customers as they are looking for shop lifter more than they are there to help customers find what they are looking for! You will realize that when you are walking in the store. I can say that my experience was bad with this store in particular and I don't recommend people who are looking to buy ALO to shop at this store. I will never go back to this particular store.
