    this place is much worse than other ALO stores in town. Staff were rude and cold, especially the ones standing toward the entrance. She just feel doesn't want to talk to you for one more sec, and give you mad face after just one quick question. The seemed manager was also rude and arrogant, treating customer like they did anything wrong. Recommend going to other places in town, like the one in Flatiron. This store needs a top-to-bottom makeover. Oh, don't forget, they only have rather little fitting rooms available for use, so expect long wait to try-on. Funny thing, this doesn't happen on other stores nearby like Vuori or Lulu.

    Un desastre la tienda de la 5 Ave. Mal educados, te mandan de un lado a otro, te ignoran. Quise realizar un cambio de algo que compré hace 5 días y me decían que el ticket tenía más de 30 días! Cuando decía claramente comprado el 15 de febrero, la empleada despectiva y mal educada me hizo esperar más de 20 minutos y luego , le negaron el baño a mi niña de 3 años, siendo que fui clienta y demás. Nunca volveremos y espero que hagan algo porque por lo que se lee mucha gente tuvo malas experiencias.

    I had a horrible experience at the store today. I bought an alo bra and leggings from the store 2 weeks ago. I didn’t like the color and the fit from it so I went to return it today. I was told that my items were in a unsellable condition and they can’t take it. The manager was extremely rude. I asked them why and no explanation was given to me. I am extremely disappointed.

    Over €1,000 Not Refunded – Extremely Disappointed (Order #31310034) Bestellt nicht aus Deutschland!!! Never Order from Germany!!!! I am extremely disappointed with Alo Yoga. According to DHL Express tracking, my returns were successfully delivered to the seller on December 15, 2025. The tracking numbers are: 2534203906 (DHL Express) 2145393935 (DHL Express) Despite confirmed delivery, I have not received a full refund to this day – the total amount in question is over €1,000. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I was provided with two return labels and properly shipped both packages back. However, only one item from the two packages was processed and refunded. The remaining items were apparently misallocated internally, which has resulted in complete confusion. I currently have neither the merchandise nor my money. For weeks, I have been in contact with customer service, but I have not received a clear or satisfactory resolution. Instead of support, this situation has caused nothing but stress and unnecessary effort on my part as a customer. Initially, I was truly impressed with the brand – the quality and image were convincing. However, the way this return has been handled is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the high order value. At this point, I can only advise customers in Germany to be cautious when ordering, as in case of a return, you may end up waiting weeks for your refund. Order number: #31310034 I sincerely hope this issue will be resolved promptly....

    I stopped by at 6:30 PM today, and it was one of the worst retail encounters I’ve had. After checking review, it’s clear that 80% of recent customers are victims of the same terrible service. The staff were completely preoccupied with chatting and gossiping, leaving customers waiting forever without even attempting to assign a fitting room. When I finally got their attention, they explained they were just “talking about previous customers.” and continues their chatting “who does she think she is…..” The lack of professionalism is mind-blowing. Save your energy: walk out, turn right, and go to Lululemon. The service is respectful and the quality is far superior. To the brand: maybe spend less on Gigi and Hailey and actually invest in basic customer service training. Also, do something about the fabric, it feels cheap. No matter how much you spend on marketing, the quality is still Taobao-tier.
