I tried asking for help with a sales associate and they refused to help me and said “go ask another worker.” The cashier was also rude and giving me attitude for no reason. You guys should hire new staff who aren’t rude.

I was extremely disappointed with how rude the sales associates and the store manager(her name started with E and has long brown curly hair) spoke to us for simply asking if I could exchange the size of a hoodie that I just purchased 2 days ago along with a few other clothes. The first thing the store manager said was “what’s the problem?” instead of greeting us. Then she walked away and laughed at us after she said “no you cannot purchase what’s on the mannequin”. My sisters and I were speechless and shocked of the manager’s behavior. This was our first time shopping at Alo and unfortunately will also be the last time. So much for adding Alo as an option for buying golf clothing.

Store just feels like the staff doesn’t care to do a good job for the clients, and aren’t motivated in the least. Very poor service.

Everything felt like a problem, and their attitude created an uncomfortable atmosphere. We were treated poorly from start to finish. Definitely not the experience you’d expect from a place like this.
