I have warned her not to shop here because of previous experiences with faulty merchandise, but now she believes me. This company is disgusting. She had to nag and email to get a return authorization, then mailed it but 2 weeks later refund still not issued. Only when she emailed again did they refund, and this is clearly their way of stalling until the 30 day return window is up. Buyer be warned. Product is often mis sized and falls apart. Customer service is terrible and company policies are meant to rip you off.

They were incredibly rude and incompetent and I would never go back and shop there. They were making excuses for something i ordered 2 months ago. for the price i am paying i would not recommend this store to anyone. this is not the first time i have had a bad experience at this store and it looks like hundreds of others have had a bad experience too. literally go anywhere else if you don’t want your day to ruin this store is the definition of rage bait
