  I have purchased 2 cameras over 5 years with adorama. The first experience was great lots of support and easy to access to employees with a lot of experience for help and advice both pre sale and post sale. This time it seems some support staff and customer service has been outsourced and the ones I spoke to had no experience. But I traded in my old camera because i got a reasonable offer and it only changed by a couple dollars when they received the camera. when a sony trade up bonus wasn't applied to my order they replied to my inquiry and fixed it. The camera was an open box and in excellent condition and they even gave me a similar bundle as if I bought a new one. All in all this is still a good and fair company to deal with.

  Once again Adorama comes through. There are a lot of sources to get what you want, but I always go first to Adorama. They are quick, never been a problem, bought my first Nikon from them in late 1980s, an FG I believe. They have never disappointed. They are business you can trust 100%. I just bought at Nikon Z mount lens. It was out the door within hours of ordering. Just like always.

  I had a great experience with this company. Everything that was advertised came in the box. I ordered a Nikon z5 camera and I'm very satisfied with the whole experience. I still have a lot to learn about this camera, but Adorama made the ordering process very easy. I particularly appreciated the fact that I received an email a few days before the delivery stating that I needed to be home to sign for it. That gave me time to make arrangements to be home.

  I wanted a Peak Design X-Small Ultralight packing cubes in the Eclipae color way. For some reason it was difficult to find a store that uses USPS and had a good price. I checked Adorama and they had what I wanted and shipped it via USPS. Im really happy that I found Adorama on the Internet and the had what I wanted in stock plus the color way. The personal service that I got from Larry was awesome and makes me want to get more stuff at Adorama.

  It is EXTREMELY difficult to switch an order from remote pickup to shipping. I ended up cancelling my orders and just getting everything i needed from Amazon and B&H just because Adorama wanted to cancel my order and re order instead of switching it from pick up to shipping. Come on guys, that's already money right out the door that you've lost. **UPDATE: So it got worse, Adorama didn't want to cancel the order saying it was going for shipping, but would not provide a tracking number at all after 4 days of waiting. My order is just in limbo. It has been a week already. No resolution. No response from Adorama. Also, to Nancy Miller, I have emailed you requesting for assistance. I did not get a response yet.
