  Adorama is a pleasure to deal with. Pricing on used items is very reasonable and the ordering and shipping systems are smooth and trouble free. Best of all, their used items are for the most part even better than they grade them. They are the best in the business in my opinion.

  Shopping with Adorama was a truly wonderful experience. The website is very user friendly. After the order was placed, we received the most accurate, timely, helpful and informative updates (order preparation, shipment and delivery). The product was exactly as described and was very well packaged. Truly a great experience!!

  I had the most amazing experience in-store with Sean M. He was one of the most patient, kind, knowledgable salespeople I've ever worked with. He knew exactly what equipment to recommend for my needs, helped me set everything up, and made sure I was comfortable operating it all on my own. He even followed up with some remaining tools. He was such a pleasure and I will definitely be returning to him again for all of my tech needs!

  Excellent service from Adorama. I ordered a Lumix GH4 camera. Not only was it in perfect condition, but it was priced very affordably. It arrived in a very safe package quickly with no problems, with everything included. Almost as good as new. I also ordered a lens, and it arrived in so many layers of protective plastic to keep it safe! Awesome! I will definitely shop here again!

  Warning Film photographers !! // Last night I tried to buy a 25 sheet box of illford lightsensitive paper that was in their darkroom section of this store. There were only 2 boxes of the kind of paper I wanted but both boxes have had been open. The seal on the illford label had not been broken but the tape on the top side of the box had been broken. I ask if there are any other unopened and still sealed boxes. A younger employee was very helpful in attempting to assist me in finding more but then a manager or some kind of older employee comes into the conversation and tells me these are the only paper boxes they have, and tells me that these are “fine” and there’s nothing wrong with these boxes. I tell him I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying paper that I wasn’t sure if it had been exposed to light or not. He proceeds to take the lid off the box to show the blackout bag that holds the paper, then lifts that to show that the opening on the blackout bag had been folded over onto itself and was protecting the paper. I warned that we shouldn’t be doing this in the middle of the store with all the bright lights but he proceeds, and exposed the paper to light 🤦. This employee was warned by me and the younger employee to not open to box further , yet he continued. ,,, ,,,, I post this review because i believe I saw them repackaging this paper and putting it back on the shelf. DO NOT BUY ILLFORD PAPER AT THIS LOCATION. The boxes have been open, and the paper is mishandled by employees.
