- MDMariya D1 day ago1.0I purchased Valentino gloves from Saks Fifth Avenue Valentino Boutique in January 2026 for $1,200. After wearing them only twice, the inside dye transferred onto my hands and stained my skin. I returned the gloves in good condition, but Saks refused the return and sent them back with a hole that was not there when I shipped them. The item was damaged while in their possession, yet they used it to deny my return. Very disappointing experience. Poor quality and even worse customer service. I would not recommend ordering from Valentino.
