I stepped in to inquire about the Bouncer sneaker from a few seasons ago and although there were none in the shop, the store manager Mod was extremely courteous and willing to help me locate a pair at various available outlets. The store closed and he took my contact and promised he would reach out to them in the morning and expect a call from around noon. He just called me to say he’d been trying to all morning to get a direct contact from the specific outlet that still had a pair in my size of the color I wanted but he had no lead even though the pair should up in their directory. He didn’t want to give up on me and said he would put me in contact with the main New York outlet instead and see what they could instead (potentially have the outlet reach out to the outlet that has the pair). This level and dedication to customer service gives me hope in people and I hope his generosity serves a fruitful life. God bless you Mod!
