- DSDina SvaNov 15, 20251.0I came in to purchase a watch and Giselle was working with me. It took 1.5 hrs to size the watch which was totally unacceptable. On top of that on my question what’s the warranty for the watch she was not sure abt the exact number of years which again was shocking to me. I expected better and more efficient service in this store as well as more knowledgeable staff members. In the end someone else stepped in to expedite the process. I was late for my other appointment and the whole experience was not enjoyable.
