  I had an amazing experience at this Grand Seiko store. All I needed was a bracelet adjustment and unfortunately the store is fairly small, so I did have to wait. However, the attentiveness and knowledge of the employees were exceptional. I spoke briefly with Chris but spent most of my visit speaking with Morgan. I've been to the Grand Seiko flagship on Madison Ave a number of times prior. While they were always nice, Morgan's knowledge, passion, and philosophy/thoughts on watches were very insightful. It is clear that he genuinely loves the watches he works with and knows a lot about the watches themselves but also the workings of the business. In addition, he followed up even after I had left to offer any help for the future. I would highly recommend stopping by this store if interested in purchasing a new Grand Seiko watch, for any service, or even just nice conversation.

  Absolute gem of an experience. If you go here, ask for Aaron. Young guy with great enthusiasm and knowledge of the brand and watches in general. Did not push me on something I didn’t want, did not push me for something higher priced. Was able to help me decide on a beautiful Cherry Blossom and eliminate other choices, and not once did it seem like he was pushing for me to buy anything. Genuinely just a great guy that loves watches. 10/10 would recommend to anybody!
