Unfortunately this time was terrible! I was immensely interested in the sales promotion of 4 shirts or polos for 199,00 US But I was disrespected, mistreated and disregarded by one of the staff members . He did not show any kind of help or support in find me the size or type of long sleeve shirts . He just wanted to expel myself from the store without any chance to find at least a social shirt or even a polo . He was much more interested in other American customers leaving .. this was a sad experience. And according to other opinions, I recommend to avoid this store at all costs. I used to buy 4-5 long sleeve shirts every time there. The staff had some Eastern European accent and didn’t want to help me … at all. I stayed in nyc from Dec11/2025 up to Dec 20/2025.

They refused to honor the shirt donation discount on a multibuy (even though the policy, which is even on the website) says they have to, and the manager was combative, argumentative, and unprofessional. The poor sales associate seemed embarrassed by the whole ordeal. Suffice it to say, I did not purchase any shirts from them.
