Store was not busy. Went to Macy's and got the same type coat (Michael Kors) for half the price....glad he turned me off....

I wanted to drop in for a shirt but honestly the whole experience was off putting and ended getting my shirts online instead.

The manager assured me I had six months to return them — which turned out to be completely untrue. That’s dishonest and unacceptable. It feels like they’ll say anything just to make a sale. On top of that, the quality has dropped significantly. The shirts no longer feel like 100% cotton — the fabric is cheap, and overall workmanship has declined. Add in the poor customer service, and this company has really lost my trust.
