  Very helpful and approachable Staff, KALEN and BREANNAH were super patient and insightful explaining all the differences between fits and conversion sizing for different cuffs and collars etc, I needed to freshen up my CT shirts as many shirts just no longer fit luckily it seems like they have pretty much every size for try ons, the ladies know all the ins and outs of all the policies like the six month return promise and will locate not in stock items for pick up in store or at home delivery, DEFINITELY check this location out instead of going to Manhattan where there's never any parking.

  My husband was looking for shirts for work when we found this this store in the Roosevelt Field mall. I'm so very glad we did! This store is where you want to shop if you like real customer service. Bree, the associate who helped us, was charming, friendly and well-informed. She couldn't have been nicer helping us with our special order. Bree really knows her stuff, as the beautiful shirts have arrived and we couldn't be happier.
