  Placed an order today, order status was shown as delivered, went downstairs to grab it, delivery person never came inside the apartment. Will file a police report if I do not receive a refund or don’t have my order by the end of tomorrow Edit: It was just delivered, person marked it as delivered 35 minutes before it was delivered

  Terrible service you can’t get in contact with anybody I ordered my sister some stuff because her child passed away and I called for 2 days straight no one answered then when somebody did answer she didn’t care about what I was saying she brushed me off and told me send a email which never got answered the fruit was rotten the bananas to be exact also ever pineapples was bitter like they didn’t check at all and that gift was to make her feel better instead she was more upset . Horrible place .

  I was hesitant due to all the bad reviews but I’m glad I went with my gut because I had an amazing experience, the delivery was on time and strawberries were fresh. Very happy with the service and quality. The lady at the store was very pleasant over the phone as well. Will definitely shop here again!

  Very disappointed with this order. I placed order W1012383557-1 and several items were missing or unacceptable. The flower bouquet was completely missing, and based on the product photos, the recipient should have received at least four balloons, which did not happen. The recipient also mentioned that the fruit was not fresh, which defeats the purpose of sending a gift. I also paid extra for one-hour delivery, and the order was not delivered within that timeframe. I was also charged for a delivery fee when the website said free delivery for orders over $79 on the same day. Between the missing items, poor quality, and delayed delivery, this experience was extremely frustrating. Lastly, no one answers the phone number for this store. Customer service aside, the product itself did not match what was advertised or paid for. I’ve requested a refund for the missing flowers, but overall this experience has made me hesitant to ever order again or recommend this store to others.
