  This store has terrible customer service. They forgot to include the personalized card, so our recipient never knew we sent the arrangement. Then when I called the store, the person on the phone was extremely rude and was screaming then hung up the phone on me! Hard to believe, never ever purchase from this location.

  I ordered a strawberry cheesecake indulgence box to my boyfriend for his birthday today. I thought it was a great option considering he is allergic to bananas and I can understand if the box i chose was not available. However, I wasn't notified and my boyfriend received a box that was not only a mix of cheesecake and fruit, which had bananas, he also received a box that was a bit CHEAPER than what I paid for. So they got an extra five dollars from me today and a box that can only be halfway eaten. NEVER AGAIN.

  Please do not choose this store to service your order. My order was delivered today, and it was missing balloons. While that was disappointing, it was minor compared to what happened next. The delivery person repeatedly used racial slurs toward my husband and doubled down on his behavior because he was having trouble scanning the order correctly. He stated, “I have to scan it before I give it to you, and you’re not getting it until I scan it,” and continued using offensive language. This behavior was completely unacceptable. I contacted the corporate number today and was told I needed to call the store that fulfilled my order. When I spoke with a representative around 2:45 PM, I did not even receive an apology. I was told I would have to wait 2–3 business days for a manager to get back to me. This was a huge letdown on my husband’s birthday. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience left me no choice. This may be my last time ordering from Edible Arrangements. What happened today was unexpected and unacceptable.

  Very happy with the service. I needed something fresh and done fast. The girl working today was sweet and very helpful.

  I placed an order for 1 hour delivery at 10:30 am paying a large fee and tip however the order was not delivered until 5 hours later AFTER the recipient left the office. This place rips off. I called customer service to get a refund and they agreed to issue it except they kept the tip. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
