  I have never been to the store and did not know how to get to the checkout register. I tried one way which in the end was the right way but I didn't know since as I said before I have never been to the store and saw a woman coming from a different way and and had successfully bought her shoes and left, seeing that she has successfully bought her shoe I went that way, as I got to the register the manager who was a Arab saw that I was Jewish and said "mister get to the back of the line" so I told him back " I have never been to the store and I didn't know better" and he told me back while raising his voice "I don't care get to the back of the line" but by then the line had around 10 people and in the beginning when I was at the right place there were no people. So "please I was here the whole time" and he just said "I don't care you skipped" even though he just came. This behavior should not be accepted anywhere especially in a store where you get where they say we have very good service, this is anti-semitic and unacceptable. I hope that this will never happen again, and that we shouldn't judge people based off their ethnicity and religion.

  A really big shoe store, where you can basically find all the common brands. They also have a clearance section, although the men's section is much smaller with less options than the women's section. If you're a shoe person, do not miss out on this one!

  Every time I come here and I need to make a purchase /return/exchange, they are always very helpful, friendly and professional. Always get me what I need and I never had to make a back trip. There was also a cashier with curly blondish long hair that was so kind and help us get what we needed .

  The manager Nazia is emitting a TERRIBLE and threatening energy towards her employees and customers….. She was barking at us where to go in line and for staff to assist us when they were clearly busy and she wasn’t … Then she proceeded to stand overbearingly behind the nice young girls who were ringing customers up and critique everything they did! I bought a size too big, immediately went back to in exchange them and while the lady was helping me she yelled at her and at me that apparently the new store police is final sale ?? No exchanges after taking out of store ?? Like it’s a shoe store I didn’t even want a refund just a smaller size?? She was just mean and gave off the worst energy that completely ruined my experience shopping at this DSW.

  This review is a few weeks late but I truly wanted to thank Sophia (Cashier) and Lissette (Manager) for helping me with finding shoes in such a short amount of time. I came basically sliding in the door after my boots split. I had one hour to get new ones and make it to work on time. We all laughed at the circumstances because it was honestly hilarious but both helped me get out the door to work on time in some cute new boots. What could have been a really crappy start to the day turned into a girl power how can we help this customer in a frantic need moment. I appreciate you guys and sorry it took so long for me to send this. Can’t wait to come back soon and thanks DSW for having larger sizes. Now if only you guys had some 10.5’s that would be top tier! Thanks again 💛
