  I recently visited the Dr. Martens store on Spring Street, and I had an amazing experience. The store had a great selection, and everything was super well organized, which made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. I also want to give a huge thank you to Olivia for all her help. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable and really cool. She made the whole experience even better. Olivia is awesome! Overall, this was a great visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend checking this location out!

  Olivia was very helpful and patient with the shoe fitting. I came in on Tuesday to try on a few pairs and told her I would be back because I still wanted to go try out other stores. I came back on Saturday and she was very welcoming. I was still feeling indecisive but her enthusiasm helped me decided on getting a pair of loafers from Dr. Martens instead of other brands. Overall a pleasant sales experience.

  I needed new boots to wear in the city especially during the NYC snowstorms and wanted function and fashion-- on my first experience in the Dr. Martens Soho store I was lucky enough to meet and work with ZOE!!! She had on a pair of Buzz Lace Ups in black and looked so effortlessly cool. She was such an amazing salesperson who knows the product line, listened to what I wanted and educated me about the brand. I decided to copy her and bought the Buzz Lace Ups. I couldn't decide on the color so I bought them in black and brown! I went back about a month later and made sure Zoe was there and got the Chelsea platform boot. I love my Docs!! And Zoe rocks!!
