The staff was attentive and helpful and assisted me with narrowing down my choices. They weren't overly busy and the cool thing is they were playing MF DOOM and you simply can't go wrong with DOOM!

She was accommodating, kind, and really helped me understand the product better. I ended up selecting a maroon pair of Adrian loafers as suggested by her. Additionally, the manager on duty (didn’t catch their name) was also very helpful. Couldn’t recommend this location more!

As an older customer shopping in one of the busiest retail hubs in the New York metro area, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service at this location. I spoke with two members of the sales staff and both were extremely friendly, helpful, and clearly very knowledgeable about the product line. It was a great experience all around. Nice job!

I was looking for 2 pairs of boots I had seen online, and was told one was an online-exclusive and other was taken off the shelves a few days before my visit :/. The associate (I forgot the name) was very friendly and had me try on similar shoe styles so I know what the fit would be like if I moved forward with the online-only shoes. I felt very welcomed the whole time and enjoyed my time in the store.
