Nancy saw me searching, warmly offered help, and went above and beyond to bring me multiple size, prep the shows for me, give me feedback on the best options, and also share the struggle of having wide feet... Imagine my surprise when I heard it was her first day! She was operating like a seasoned veteran. I'll go out of my way to work with Nancy again next time I'm looking for new shoes.
