  I have been shopping at the Woodbury Commons location for years..... and it's always a great experience. While, all the sales associates are lovely, I seek out to work with Josue, He is so patient with my questions, especially when I request a particular piece, he is more than willing to research and track it down. He is definitely the 'go-to' guy for all things David Yurman. I really appreciate his professionalism, knowledge and kindness!! Josue is a delight to work with, I never feel pressured or rushed. If anything, he is thoughtful and sincere. He is for sure one of their best human assets!!!!

  Working with Josue was a pleasure. He is attentive , helpful and goes the extra mile to help you source something that they may not have had in your size. I have been working with him since they opened and i will continue to do so as long as he works there. If i could rate him 6/5 stars i would! Thank you again Josue.   I recently purchased the Chatelaine necklace from David Yurman, and I have to say it was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Sway assisted me, and they were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive throughout the entire process. They asked all the right questions and really took the time to understand what I was looking for, which made me feel confident and excited about my purchase. The level of care and customer service truly stood out🤩it didn’t feel like a typical sales interaction, but rather a personalized and genuine experience. Because of that, I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend asking for Sway if you visit!

  I love DY, but I had a very disappointing experience at this store due to the customer service. My sales associate was unprofessional, and I will not be purchasing there. I visited to try on DY jewelry to add to my collection and was looking for specific pieces. I also asked whether they could notify me if items came into stock. In response, SA repeatedly stated that she has “other clients who spend $30,000 a month” and implied that I was not important enough to receive that level of service. This was said multiple times and felt intentionally dismissive and belittling. For context, I have spent over many thousands on DY jewelry over the years. Regardless, no customer should be treated this way. Additionally, I felt she used misleading sales tactics, including claiming that price increases had not yet occurred, followed by saying there would be an increase within a week to pressure an immediate purchase. Given the well-known rise in gold prices that have already been reflected in higher jewelry prices over the past year, this felt disingenuous. Overall, the experience was rude, unwelcoming, and unprofessional.
