  I had a great experience at the David Yurman SoHo location, and I want to specifically shout out Alexis. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made thoughtful recommendations that actually fit my style. The whole process felt easy and personalized. Alexis really elevated the experience, thank you.

  David Yurman once set the standard for a refined, thoughtful retail experience. Unfortunately, that no longer reflected my recent visit to this location. The staff came across as dismissive, unhelpful, and at times openly indifferent—far from what one would expect from a brand positioned at this level. Whether this is a broader shift in brand culture or an issue specific to this store, the experience was disappointing enough that I won’t be returning here and will reconsider future purchases.

  I had such a wonderful experience at David Yurman in SoHo, thanks to Amanie! I visited on 2/28/26 to treat myself to a belated 50th birthday gift, and she truly made the whole experience feel special from start to finish. I came in with my sister-in-law and my 1976 pinky ring, and Amanie immediately made us feel welcome and taken care of. She helped me find the perfect bracelet: the Classic Cable Heart Station Bracelet (which I absolutely adore!) and made the entire process feel personal, fun, and memorable—not just a purchase, but a celebration. Amanie truly went above and beyond—I’ll definitely be back because of her and highly recommend asking for her if you visit!

  Hands down, superb service! Ask for Aya! I met Aya a few years at the SOHO location and have been working with her since. She always helps me find the best pieces, taking in my stature and height in to consideration, and helping me find the best combination of sizes without feeling pressured. I have worked with her in person and even helps me find the pieces remotely. Recently she curated multiple pieces for me to try on in a different state, as I was traveling! She always goes above and beyond, is welcoming, and proficient. HIGHLY recommend Aya at DY Prince St location and even remotely!

  Was lead to the Prince location after seeing the reviews, and so happy I decide to go there. As I entered I was greeted by Julian first and then Alexis. Had already look online for what I thought I wanted but needed to see it in person. Well this is where the David Yurman experience staff kicks in. Ms Alexis took me to a counter where the magic began, I was stuck on getting the birthstone bracelet, but both March/December are almost identical, so I was torn. I wasn’t rushed at all, the store slightly busy for a Sunday afternoon, but representative Alexis gave me all her attention, she displayed such care, ask questions about what brought me in & was the occasion, I explained a special birthday gift for my child. We chatted and she gave me her honest opinions. Alexis then said “can I show you something different” and just like that she made me see something totally different then what I thought I wanted, The arm candy she displayed on her wrist brought sheer joy and then we added another bangle; and I knew 100% it was a winning set!!!. Alexis gave me honesty but also gathered a lil info about the gift receiver to display a stack that was just perfect! Her kindness; expertise & exceptional grace has made me decide that David Yurman will be added to my favs for special occasion gifts & “just because”!! We are traveling so no arm candy photos; but my items were cleaned & gift wrapped; while I waited in a nice plushy area with a cold beverage! Customer Service at Prince Street location is exceptional!! Not only will you love the quality of your items but also the level of care in their service!
