  My sister and I went in to find our sizes and I ended up leaving with two pairs. Had a great experience at the Horatio location with my sister. Customer service was great, ended up spending like 3 hours in the store will definitely recommend them.

  Very disappointing experience at the Louboutin West Village store on Monday, Feb 16. The interaction was so unnecessarily unhelpful and dismissive that I am compelled to leave a review in hopes that management addresses these issues for future shoppers. The experience left such a sour impression of the brand that I won’t be returning. Other reviewers note similar service issues at this location. Readers are encouraged to shop for Louboutin shoes at Nordstrom, Selfridges, or perhaps boutiques outside of NYC! We came in seeking help with a damaged pair of Louboutin men’s shoes. We considered going directly to Leather Spa but given a specific part needed (men’s Chambeliboat), we thought going to the store directly was the better option. After finding the men’s boutique closed, we stopped by the nearby women’s store hoping someone could point us in the right direction—after all, it is the same brand. 1. We were immediately told this was the women’s store and they couldn’t help with men’s shoes. An odd response off the jump, but we continued to persevere. 2. The staff asked where the shoes were purchased. When we said Louboutin London, they told us we would need to contact the London store directly (yet another unhelpful response). 3. We were then told they would need to see if they even carried the replacement part, that they probably didn’t, and that it might have to be imported (yet another unhelpful response). Only after more back-and-forth including me asking what they would do differently if we purchased the shoes in the US did the store attendant say that Louboutin would send the shoes to Leather Spa for repair. Ha! Ironically, we went to Leather Spa immediately afterward and the repair was straightforward. Given that this store is open when the men’s boutique isn’t, I would have expected top-tier service — not bottom-tier.

  Professional staff. Very welcoming and loving. Goes out of their way to make sure you have a good experience at the store. Hector waited on me snd he is a perfect gentleman. Kudos to the rest of the staff. I will be back to shop again💖💖💖💖👌👌👌
